I went from running companies, flying across the globe to speak on stages, advising startups the world over, and juggling a dozen high-pressure projects…
to being unable to make the bed.
Everything I relied on (think: my health, my mind, my capacity to function) vanished without warning.
The systems that keep a person functioning—regulation, cognition, memory, movement, metabolism—collapsed. My baseline for being human changed.
My body stopped working, and no one had answers. I was left to figure it out myself. If I wanted to live.
So I started tracking everything. Patterns, research, mechanisms, edge theories. I approached it like I do everything else: systems-first.
